Halloween 2026: Order Early for LED Signs, Masks & Spooky Decor

Halloween falls on Saturday 31 October this year, and if you've ever left a costume or a decoration to the final week, you already know how that story ends. Everything we make is built to order in our Port Stephens workshop, one piece at a time — and the October queue is the busiest of our year.

So here's the practical version: if you want a light-up sign or a 3D printed mask on the wall before the trick-or-treaters knock, get your order in during the first half of October.

How the timeline actually works

Every LED sign is 3D printed in PLA, hand-assembled, then fitted with a USB cable and an inline on/off switch. Production runs 7–10 business days from the moment you order, and only after that does Australia Post take over — usually a few more days to most of Australia, and longer for WA, the NT and regional areas.

Working backwards from 31 October, mid-October is the comfortable cut-off. Order earlier again if you're outside a metro area, or if you're after something custom. If you need a sign for a specific date, tell us when you order through our contact page and we'll say honestly whether we can make it.

New for Halloween 2026

We've been adding to the horror shelf all year, and the Halloween collection is now sitting at 29 pieces of spooky decor. A few standouts:

• Scream Factory LED Light-Up Sign — a tribute to the label that made horror collecting a serious business, and a natural fit above a shelf of collector's editions.
• Five Nights at Freddy's masks — Freddy, Foxy, Bonnie, Chica, Marionette and Spring Bonnie. They're built as wearable cosplay masks, but plenty of people hang them as wall displays the rest of the year. See the whole FNAF collection.
• Ghosts, horror logos and cult-movie signs — from classic horror wordmarks to spooky figurines that sit on a shelf and glow.

Choosing the right sign for your place

Our signs hang flat on a wall, run off any standard USB plug or power bank, and switch on at the cable — no wiring, no batteries, no electrician. Most designs are around 24 cm on the longest side, which is about right for a hallway, a garage wall or a media room.

Three things worth deciding before you order: where it's going (a dark hallway shows off the glow far better than a bright kitchen), whether you want the standard design or something personal, and whether you need a power bank for a spot with no free outlet. We'll be at the St Philip's Fair in Port Stephens on Friday 16 October — a good chance to see signs and masks up close, ask questions, and still leave with plenty of time before Halloween.

Don't leave it to the last week of October

The honest reason to order early isn't a sales pitch: a made-to-order sign simply cannot ship in a day, and the closer we get to 31 October the longer the queue gets.
