Every sign and figurine is made to order in Australia. Most orders are printed, assembled and dispatched within 3 business days; larger orders and fully custom designs can take a little longer.

After dispatch, delivery within Australia is typically 2–6 business days with Australia Post. International delivery times vary by destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is lodged.

We ship Australia-wide and to most international destinations from our workshop in Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order, so you'll see the exact cost before paying.

International orders may attract import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These are outside our control and are the buyer's responsibility.

Our LED signs are USB powered — no batteries and no electrician required. Each sign comes with a roughly 1.2 m (4 ft) USB cable with an inline on/off switch.

Plug it into any standard 5V USB port: a phone charger, laptop, TV, powered USB hub, power strip or power bank. A USB wall charger is not included, but any standard phone charger works.

Yes. The signs are light because they're 3D printed in PLA, so you don't need heavy-duty hardware. You can stand the sign on a shelf or desk, or mount it with removable adhesive strips (such as Command strips) or small screws and wall plugs suited to your wall.

Don't hang the sign by its cable, and leave the inline switch within reach. Our LED sign installation guide walks through both setups step by step.

The neatest setups use one of these: run the cable behind furniture and down to a floor-level outlet; secure it with adhesive cable clips; or cover it with a stick-on cable raceway/trunking painted or coloured to match the wall.

A passive USB extension lead (up to about 3 m) is fine for these low-power signs and gives you far more placement options. Full detail, including safety notes, is in the installation guide.

Yes — custom names, numbers, licence plates, business logos and quotes are a big part of what we make. Add your wording in the order notes at checkout or contact us before ordering.

The body is 3D printed in PLA, a plant-based bioplastic, with bright low-power LEDs and a reflective backing that spreads the light evenly so there are no hotspots. Each sign is assembled and tested by hand before it ships.

No — our signs are designed for indoor use. They are not weatherproof, and moisture or direct sun will damage the electronics and the printed finish. A covered, enclosed patio is fine as long as the sign stays dry and out of direct sun.

Please inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, email shop@misaunders.com with a photo within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Don't throw the packaging away until we've sorted it out.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition and packaging. Email shop@misaunders.com to start a return — please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Personalised and custom-made items can't be returned for change of mind, but if we've made a mistake or the item is faulty we'll always make it right. See our refund policy for the full details.

Contact us as soon as possible — if production hasn't started we can usually change the details or cancel. Because everything is made to order, once a custom item is printing it can't be cancelled.

Yes. Digital gift cards are available and are delivered by email, so they're a safe last-minute gift. They can be used across the whole store.
