Every one of these little creatures is made by hand by Alexis, age 10 — sorted, strung and knotted bead by bead between school and the market stall. No two come out exactly the same, and that's the point: you're getting something a kid actually made, not something a machine stamped out.

They're classic pony-bead critters — bright, chunky and endlessly pocketable. Pick a gecko in translucent green, a pair of purple snakes, a duck, a fish, a crayon, a flower, or a bracelet or keychain built from the same beads. Colour combos vary from batch to batch, so yours will be its own thing. If you genuinely can't decide, choose Surprise Me and Alexis will pick one of her favourites.
